Refund policy

There are no refunds under any circumstances; all sales are final. There are no returns or refunds as the products we sell are consumables; once they are opened or used they lose 100% of their value.

When you receive your order in-person, you have the opportunity to test the product. If there are any issues, the item will be inspected by both you and our staff member and if both parties agree that the item is defective then we will replace the item immediately, free of any additional charges.

Once your delivery/pickup is completes, there's no possibility of a return or exchange beyond this point as there's no way for us to verify whether the item has been swapped with a used item or damage due to personal neglect of the product. i.e. Charging a product for several hours, storing the product in hot or cold temperatures for extended periods, leaving product exposed to direct sunlight or water, etc.
